On Listed and Featured tiers, MSPs can submit an introduction request from your vendor profile. You receive a notification with the MSP's full directory profile attached, including their region, stated capabilities, client base size, and certifications already held. This gives your channel team context before the first conversation.

Can we appear in multiple practice categories?

Yes. A vendor whose product spans multiple disciplines (for example, a platform covering both Endpoint Management and Cybersecurity) appears on all relevant category pages. There is no additional charge for multiple category placements.

What is the Starter tier and how does it work?

Starter profiles are created and managed by Global MSP Directory using publicly available partner programme information. They exist to give the vendor directory depth and credibility from launch. Vendors on the Starter tier can upgrade to Listed to claim and self-manage their profile at any time.

How does the MSP badge co-branding work?

On the Featured tier, your vendor logo appears on the profile pages of MSPs who hold a named certification or partnership level with your programme. This creates social proof on both sides and drives further certification enrolment from MSPs who see peers carrying your badge.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts and no lock-in. Listed and Featured tiers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount for vendors who prefer it, but it is never required.
