What does "domain-verified" mean?

Domain verification ensures that the person listing an MSP actually works for that company. We verify by sending a confirmation email to the domain or adding a DNS record. Verified profiles get a special badge and higher trust scores.

How do I get the "verified" badge?

The verified badge is included in Premium and Premium+ tiers. After signing up, we'll guide you through a simple domain verification process. Free and Featured tiers can add verification as a paid add-on.

What's the difference between Quick and Full listing?

Quick listing gets you published with just 2 clicks - ideal for testing the directory. The Full Wizard lets you add capabilities, certifications, vendor badges, and more details upfront. You can start with Quick and upgrade to Full later.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

All paid tiers are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your listing will remain active until the end of your paid period.
