Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle — your listing stays active and no data is lost.
What's the difference between the Featured badge and "Domain verified"?+
Featured, Premium and Premium+ are paid plans: those listings are shown first in results and marked “Promoted” so buyers know the position was paid for. “Domain verified” is separate and cannot be bought. It appears only once we have checked that you operate the domain on your listing, and it is available free on every plan, Starter included.
Is there a contract?+
No contracts. All paid tiers are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — your listing stays active until the end of your paid period.
What does domain verification involve?+
We confirm you represent the domain your MSP is listed under — either via a confirmation email to your domain or a DNS record. Takes a few minutes and completes within one business day.
